Having shopped online with Asda for many yrs we became disappointed with constant substitutions along with lowered quality of product & service. 3 shops into our Sainsbury's experience & we are pleased with quality, price & only once having a substitute (beef mince 3% for beef mince 5%). Sainsbury's provided a voucher for the difference as increased price. Our 3 deliveries have been in our 1hr time slot by friendly & efficient drivers. Products are generally of a higher standard than Asda whilst price is same or better.
We will be maintaining our weekly online grocery shop with Sainsbury's because as disabled customers going in store is not an option for us & Sainsbury's has the products wanted at competitive prices & good quality.

Fibrus fitted cable through our village & provides faster fibre to the property, at a cheaper price than our previous provider was offering fibre to the box. Fibrus will pay our termination fee & gives us twice the speed internet access. Fitted on the agreed day by friendly professional engineers who ensured they left the property clean & tidy & explained set up.
