Parcel arrived on time and the whole shopping experience was easy and professional.
The packing was not great as it arrived in a soggy paper envelope (it had rained) and one could clearly feel that there was a vape in the envelope. Due to the sogginess, the envelope had also torn in places.

I placed an order on 28 Nov 2021, and after writing to them twice with no response, I received a notification of shipment on 14 Dec 2021.
We are now nearing mid January and I still do not have my order and am still awaiting a reply from them on its whereabouts.
I am not sure whether this is a real or a fraudulent company as there is no response and I have not received my order...
