The people made the experience great. While it took a few days to sort out the problem, the team were very helpful and engaging. Specifically, Aaron Hope who has been a constant support since I switched to plan.com, Lesia who then picked up the baton and finally Caila who was excellent and managed to finally get it sorted. Superb service.

We experienced first class service today from Solid Rock IT UK. Our engineer not only sorted the initial problem with our wifi but also fixed some other issues simultaneously. He really knew his stuff and was happy to go the extra mile for us. Great service, great guy and very highly recommended.

I ordered an Emma mattress following spinal surgery on the recommendation of one of the hospital team. Unfortunately I ordered one that was too hard for my requirements and therefore needed to change it for a different model. The service and support I received from Sophie the Emma Support Agent was second to none. I really can't recommend them highly enough and have now got the right mattress for my needs.
