Claire Stewart was very responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt in taking the mortgage application process from start to end.

Against my good judgment, I decided to use this to sign a PDF. I selected ONE TIME use (not even ONE DAY). As far as I know, I didn't make an account and used it as a guest. This means I can't even go to the account if I want to cause I have no idea how the website recognizes me.

A few days later, today I saw an awesome $69.99 deducted from Amex. I thought fraud, so called Amex. To my surprise, they said they are a legit vendor and their legal terms mean so and so - which now I have verified. But they never sent a mail or I selected a one-time use (with no account) which is potentially in contradiction with the concept of a subscription - if anyone understands English.

I wrote to them for cancellation and refund. Since I haven't visited the site since. As I said, can't even go to my 'profile' to see my 'subscription', cause I have no idea how they identify me on the web as I made no profile.


Now they are smart to cancel subscriptions to maintain the facade of being a legit service - but clearly, it's a scam under the hood with predatory practices at the heart of it.

Awaiting the template answer - 'look before you agree to terms and conditions and gotcha!!'. You might as well write in terms and conditions 'the company is entitled to half of the user's property'.

Just yesterday, I moved from Cambridge to London. I found AnyVan the cheapest, very professional, likely to accommodate customers requests and very efficient. True both for booking staff and the driver.

Charged me extra £50 pounds for phone for having a different color back (Samsung trade in).

I had my phone repaired and hence the body color was different. The charged me, even though my phone was in perfect condition. DO NOT believe in Samsung trade in - they are are complacent and have deliberately searched the worst partner in UK to squeeze every penny out of customers. You will be better off selling your phone on ebay.

Samsung device trade in is a scam
Exchanged my old samsung s20 fe for s22 as there was "black friday discount" (or there wasn't the price was same even after), anyway sent my perfectly working device for offered £190 off. The trade in partner said the back cover is of different color and charged me 50 pounds more. On complaining to samsung it was evident that they are complacent in the act - defending their 1.3 star rated trade in partner and not even looking in the matter. Needless to say my last samsung phone ever. Also selling all the samsung stocks I own in my isa account. This company has a dark future.

I have been using Freetrade for almost 3 years now.

Strengths:
- low fees
- easy, simple and intuitive to buy sell stocks, etf, etc. for ISA or GIA both.
- Good near real time execution of stop order, trigger order and spot orders.

Weaknesses:
- High speard on GBP USD conversion, requires to buy US stocks (note I haven't compared to other platforms but this fee is substantial)
- Not very easy to maintain records for tax purpose (maybe not applicable if dealing with less amount)
- Not sure if I feel confident to invest more than 85k pounds on the platform (as this is relatively newer company as compared to say HL)

I was just going through my mails and realised that this company is total scam - and benefitted lot from covid. when UK had strict (to be done within 2 days) test requirements for arrival test this company was listed on website as a suggested company. Surprise surprise this company never sent the collection kit let alone the test and result.

Guess what it's day 16 of my arrival and expected pre-ordered day 2 test result -- and guess what there is no sign of what happened to my samples.
Ordered arrived on 7th day and I shipped back the same day but no updates as of this moment. On top of that the instruction says don't put samples if you can post the same day (I assume the sample my get expired after a certain time), but what about the 5 days you take to process it? Absolute pathetic service, I can't believe gov.uk would put link to such fraudsters on approved list of testers.

I recently bought Samsung S20FE and exchanged a OnePlus 5T (A5010; in good condition) on the purchase page for 75 pounds. To my surprise I found the Samsung partner page where the actual recycle value is 100 pounds. I tried to resolve to with customer support both kept passing calls to each other (not to say with insincere sincere apologies). I am moving to Apple ... Never in life Samsung again.
