Failed delivery, disillusioned customer that was considering re subscribing
I chose my recipes for 2 people for 5 days, bought my basics when I went shopping knowing that our meals ahead ingredients were being delivered. Oh how I wish they was! I sat in waiting all day for a delivery that never came, I sat in all morning the next day whilst communicating with Gousto, who eventually told me that my delivery wasn’t coming due to an issue with the courier. I wasn’t very happy as I now had to go shopping to plan and purchase the ingredients for the weeks meal. This totally defeats the object of using Gousto and we were really looking forward to enjoying the meals I had chosen. I had to chase both Gousto and the courier to get updates and an eventual refund, funny thing is (NOT) that they are now asking me to review the meals we didn’t get
