Never a bad thing to say about this company , products are good (not exceptional or high end but DECENT)... prices are fair there's always offers somewhere online, Company does lot of giveaways on social media,find seller in social media so communication is brilliant.

(There a difference between decent product and high end product ...)

The customer service has been absolutely brilliant I'm known to be doing an online YouTube video on the product separately at some point the interaction would the company have been absolutely awesome. And I received the products in really quick timing

I've dealt with the Pacific group a few times now we've various issues in regards to claiming insurance for products including today of speaking with a lady called Steph of getting something sorted for my broken TV
And honesty I'm always dealt with great customer care politeness even a general chitchat. I tend to leave these conversations happy and fullfilled. Thank you again pacifica group

Prices are great, the knowledge the company has is priceless, customer service is supreme

Driphack is great place for DIY supplies, my order was a relatively simple one consisting of empty bottles labels, a couple of bottle shots, customer service I receive is always top notch if I ever have any issues they are so easily to get hold of it's unreal and they are always there to help, keep up the great job guys

I tend to always have a very good experience with flawless, I have never had a time where the products that I've ordered have not come in, even through contact through their social medias general chats and things like that everything is always friendly good advice and honest.

Trust pilot gives people a say about the services they received whether it's positive or negative, the outcome still the same... Gives people an opportunity to constructive feedback aswel as gives companies chance to improve where they "may " have weaknesses

There's a HUGE opportunity for savings whether you want some MTL juices or some juices for your subohm devices or even want a few back up disposable s for your car, there a decent inventory in the sales & clearence section ALONE... What makes flawless also fantastic has a really decent referral program too

I have used ibottles several times over the years & to be perfectly honest they have never failed me, imake alot of my own eliquids so i go through a alot of bottles even tho i have tried other companies where prices MAYBE better you do NOT get same customisation (colours of caps specifically ) & quick delivery else where, feels like by the time you've hit and confirmed your order its already on its way,
Will i use them again? Even tho i may try other Companies i cant see me sticking with them for long. Ibottles feels like that comfortable place to purchase my bottles. The good thing is there inventory also rather vast using a wide range of materials, aluminium, pet, hdpe & other solvent resistant containers etc for things way beyond my understanding lol

Im speaking as an average joe, i brought load of bits rtank by hellvape(+came with spare glass) +spare glass (so got 2 lol) + rtank mesh & crc pod by freemax & got 10% off for my first order which total was barely over £20... Flawless price too in my opinion

catalogue ranges from small mtl kits to huge sub-ohm kits, some of the mtl kits a little bit on the older side but if you ask so many people you're probably find are probably amongst the best products that has been going for a long time, and quality shouldnt be dismissed because of age
What the great things for this company they do it a HUGE amount of their own mtl products and the prices are more than reasonable, decent ranges come in a variety of flavours of their own as well as some of the biggest brands out there and it's the same with the sub ohm juices they have some of the best in my opinion

Right just to be clear usually I'm not usually subscription-based companies from previous experience haven't really been a very pleasant one for various reasons but I'm not going to get into that one up in this case...

However however I was fortunate enough to try a gold package which consisted desserts with a couple of fruit like flavours, which I'm pleased to say was a absolutely outstanding ok then might have been one I might have had higher expectation out of but only just because that was would have been down to my personal taste, which was the apple cake absolutely awesome deserti cake flavour just i would have preferred little more on the apple flavour, however I can't complain about any other flavours the exotic ice cream was absolutely outstanding the creme brulee was absolutely outstanding I can't remember i remember it was a fruit punch lol... so if you can 'afford' a subscription based company I think you are on to a winner here, not just subscriptions too

I ordered coils for my rtank & pods for my xros mini, i even recieved couple bottles of juices witth my order which i didnt ask for.
For special items that not instock at store offered on cash first basis(understandably) to order items in for me.
i follow mutilple groups on Facebook of which smokeymos use & i find the information given unbiased and helpful rather then the usual 'buy from me' routine.
