Terrible customer service & missing items
I ordered a 2-3 Bedroom Deluxe Moving Pack and 2 extra large boxes on the 10th November. The boxes all arrived the next day which was quick and I was pleased with, however all the other materials included in the moving pack were missing (tape, bubble wrap, tissue etc)
I contacted info@packingboxes email to inform them I had missed items and to ask for them to be resent. I received a reply on Saturday 14th apologising and saying the missing items would be sent out.
I emailed them again yesterday to ask for an update on when I can expect to receive the missing items or ask for a refund.
It is now Wednesday 18th and I still haven’t received my missing items or received a reply to my email chasing for an update or refund.
When I called the number on the website I was on hold to hold music for about 10 minutes, the line then rang with a ring tone briefly but then the line went dead.
Currently experiencing terrible customer service for essential items I have purchased for moving house. Purchasing from packingboxes.co.uk is adding stress to an already very stressful and expensive time.
I currently regret purchasing my moving items from this company!
