Over all experience was fine
Over all experience was fine, I used a promo code at the checkout which was 5% off. It went through, payed for it. And then a couple of months later when my equipment was ready to be dispatched I received an email saying I needed to pay the 5% if not they wouldn't dispatch the equipment. Found it a little bizarre, considering it went through okay at the checkout. Paid the extra and it was delivered.

We're sorry about the mix-up with the discount code. When these are given out, they should come with terms and conditions that explain that they can't be used to purchase college kits.
The reason for this is that our college kits are already heavily discounted to try to make them as affordable as possible for students. However, that means that there isn't any room for further discounting.
We're sorry that this wasn't made clear when you were given the code and also that our website accepted it. We are working with our web developers on fixing that issue.
The good news is that your code will work in the future and we'd be delighted to honour it on all applicable products. We hope to see you back with us once you've finished your course to purchase any more supplies that you may need for your barbering career.
