Having not replied to their review…

Having not replied to their review letter as I wished to change my premium amount my financial advisor contacted PRU for information.It has taken two months to answer a simple question!
In this time I have received 4 letters saying I had not replied to their review letter!! I DO know that and don’t wish to keep receiving letters I find quite threatening.My health has suffered because of this company’s incompetence and I wish I had never had anything to do with them.Appalling customer care….in fact there isn’t any.

The goods were of poor quality and when…

The goods were of poor quality and when I tried to return a rug it would not let me after several attempts.
In the end I gave it to the charity shop.
Won’t be shopping with you again in a hurry.

I returned two handbags and so far have only been refunded for one!!

I have always received beautiful flowers from
Flying flowers and on the one occasion I got the wrong delivery they were quick to rectify things.
