Terrible process trying to get out of…

Terrible process trying to get out of the parking garage. The ticket wouldn't scan, there was no person on hand to assist. The call button wasn't working - had to go to another. On the other call button the person couldn't really understand but once she did she knew it was a Parking.com issue as other customers were experiencing the same issue. Eventually got out of the garage after about 20-25mins of dealing with this.

Hit or Miss

Generally, this is a stylish brand of clothing. Sizing and fit need more work (jeans) as well as quality for the price. Too often when ordering the jeans are either the wrong size or fit despite the label.

I don't buy the Brand's tops/t-shirts etc even though would like because their sizing is even worse

Have had the pin fall out and get lost…

Have had the pin fall out and get lost on at least 2 occasions meaning I have had to order replacement pins for my bracelet after 16 months of ownership. Frustrating. Also the bracelet can stink after a while so needs proper cleaning. Otherwise I like the style of the brand and bracelets.

Hi,

How annoying that it happened twice. If the pin is tightened properly it can't actually fall out by itself. Tip: check occasionally if the pin is still tight enough.

If it gets a little smelly, you can put it in the washing machine on the cold cycle. Just make sure you take off the shackle. It can get a little noisy in there.
