Let down after let down
I had ordered a bed and a mattress. After 2 weeks I was told that my order was ready, 2 days later got an e-mail to say that the mattress was out of stock and will be in the following week. Again order was ready but customer service assistant forgot to arrange delivery for next day. Then even though I did pay for old mattress to be taken, delivery guys claimed I didn't and asked for cash in hand to take mattress.
