If ever something goes wrong in respect to baggage damage - be prepared for it to take 15+ months to get it not resolved..

Various chase ups..but still nothing.

The flying experience itself is brilliant. Great staff and on board crew. But if something goes wrong..it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Highly rate Laam - you certainly get more for your money compared to shopping here in the UK.

Have made 2 orders now and they've arrived in 3/4 days which is so impressive.

Customer service is also top notch- had a slight defect with one of my items and they were quick to offer a partial refund as returns isn't possible being in UK

Really quick, helpful and polite service too.

I'd give a miss - immensely difficult to escalate complaints especially in events where the hotel does not fulfil what they claim. They don't have a procedure to hold those hotels accountable.

Amazing quality honey. Just finding the jar isn't the best and leaks. Aside from that - highly recommend the honey!
