Terrible, ordered coat for my sons birthday , week later get a message to say it’s out of stock then they want up to 10 more days to refund money. Won’t be buying or attempting to buy from here again.

Subscription fee increases are the last straw, sold all my ring products and moved to eufy with no fees and what seems better products.

Purchased drop links via eBay just over a year ago, started to hear noise after a year 12000 miles from the drop links and after further investigation. I found that 2 log the bushes had failed. Contacted the company who promptly sent out 2 sets of replacements. Thanks for the speedy and no hassle replacements.

We had a Titan bin which unfortunately broke last year, we contacted customer service but didn’t hear anything back for about 3 months, by which time we had purchased a new bin, so there response time was a bit slow but when they did eventually get back to us they offered a full refund which was very good of them even though we had disposed of the bin.
So overall a good experience in the end.

Tesco pet insurance have been great and would highly recommend to anyone. Very good and caring customer service so really could not ask for more.

Terrible customer service, ordered item a month and a half ago, then to be told 3 weeks later the items are not in stock and still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Phoned 3 times and get told someone will ring you back but this never happens.

Terrible product, I used to swear by this company as being one of the best. Fitted 3 x xled flood lights with pirs and all 3 have failed because the glue holding the front cover on has given up, resulting in water getting in to all 3 fittings.

Booked via Tui, tracked for 15 weeks and then for no reason got declined the 4% that they should have paid back. it was declined and top cash back won’t investigate as you can’t make a claim if it’s over 100 days since the purchase although it’s been pending all that time.
Not sure what else I can do as they don’t seem to want to know as they make it impossible to lodge a complaint due to time scale.
As other review says it’s a joke.

Update - the amount has now reverted back to pending as there was an issue with Tui and top cash back, I’ll update once I know more.

Sent sonos Play bar on 21st of July, it’s now 25th of august and I’ve heard nothing from this company. Play bar was signed for at the company’s address but as yet, no response to emails. Think I’ve been scammed so please be careful.
I’ll update any new info.

Updated. Got sonos back working at last, £145 to fix with postage seemed quite expensive and time scale and communications were poor.

Order a PlayStation 5 for my sons birthday, with no explication it has been cancelled without them ever trying to take payment. No contact by phone or submitting a ticket. Very poor experience and will never use them again.
