Product is good and as described. Problems with Evri delivery. First time I was told it had been delivered, but had not. Replacement ordered from Easylife, but original did arrive. Cancelled replacement, but a week later got message that it was being sent.

It was raining gently, but parcel still left on step. Porch door was not locked. The driver did not ring the bell - I was in the next room to the ringer.
