Had brilliant support from Katherine at "mysignature.io,"who stuck with me through over a dozen frantic emails as I tried to update my headshot in my email signature. This super patient lady helped me through the technical struggle I experienced, and stayed with me until I solved the issue, which wasn't easy, especially as she was dealing with someone who really hates having to sort out technical problems...couldn't recommend her more, and she deserves a medal for talking me calmly through all the stages until I got my new headshot installed correctly. Top marks!

Simple procedure to find the correct part, order, pay and receive. Very prompt delivery......only downside was the expense ( felt the part was expensive for what it was) and the packaging was ridiculous....a box twice the size it needed to be for the item sent. Wasteful, and could be much less so.

Maria is excellent at what she does and really knows her stuff. I feel completely safe in her hands and my results have been brilliant...really, really happy with them. She'll never recommend things that's not right for you, and never does unnecessary treatments just to make money. If you don't need a top up she'll tell you to leave it for a few weeks. Excellent!

Ross is genuine, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but best of all, he really cares about the service he is providing and the people he's reaching with it. Oh, and did I mention excellent value for money? Brilliant.

Been trying to get the missing charger for a fitness training watch I ordered. Got the watch....useless without the charger but absolutely no response from the company except asked me to take a picture of the package and since then...
nothing. Didn't want to give them any stars....dont deserve one, but it was the lowest I could award. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY....WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
