Horrible company

Horrible company. They are holding my account hostage and blocking my access until I provide them with a picture of my driver license plus three selfies.
Despite the fact that I was able to access my account smoothly when I first opened it.
I would never advise anyone to invest with them . I will be taking some legal action soon.

My ride experience with Mahmoud # 2362246 .. Jordan. AMMAN

The driver mahmoud refused to give my wife a ride back just because she is paying with a credit card.
It's my understanding that careemjo honors credit card payments. So why does the driver does not do so?
The driver told my wife that he will only consider giving her a ride back if she pays cash.
This is a highly unprofessional conduct by Mahmoud.

Never recieved my money back

I Have used XE to wire 100 USD . The reciever never recieved the money and it was never returned to me.
I have been dealing with the supervisor of customer support for the last two months and he has been telling me nothing but lies.

Absolutely horrible customer service…

Absolutely horrible customer service experience.
I was referred to them by AMEX . I ordered two weeks before my travel date to insure that I will get my order on time to travel with and the order arrived after my travel date. They never answer the phones and they did not want to expedite shipping. I will never use again!
