I use to order prescription tablets…

I use to order prescription tablets with them with no issues but not this time . I have order tablets as usually and I have got confirmation email also I have got email with delivery date and envoice , money gone from my account but tablets not arrived when I contacted with them I have been told they not processed my order because I accidentally order chewable pils instead of coated one and they need new prescriptions. Very disappointing that no one try contact with me and didn’t let me know that it is problem with processing order , I was waiting for nothing and that cost me gap in my dog treatment . Will try order with someone else

I am using Animed over year now as my dog has allergies so I’m buying tablets and food there and always my order coming on time with no issue , highly recommend

Easy repeat order

I use to order wet food for my dog using easy repeat order it’s hassle free, do not have to remember to order again , comes regularly always on time , highly recommend

Mistake by mistake

I have booked my holiday by phone with advisor unfortunately she mąkę mistake with spelling so I have contacted with customer support on to chat , I have spoke with Natalie and do not find her nice she tried to blame me for this error , she promised me investigation and close the chat . I have to contacted to airline by self and fixed it by self , then I have let know customer support it’s fixed and I have spoke with Nadia , through update booking confirmation she made mistake in to travel voucher, pick up date was not matching with arrival date and flight number m. The travel company have contacted with me asking when I am arriving? I have contacted with customer support again and chat with Owlthru he made update and mess up totally return date so travel company send me another message what is going on . I have contacted with customer support and chat with Ayanda she take a chat 3 minutes before end of her work and fixed all , but send me correct confirmation booking at second time because I have checked first and told her is still incorrect .
I believe they all have not enough skills to work in this section yet, needs more training.
