What they do well is their food is very tasty, cooks quickly, and arrives on time. I was very excited to try them but got bored quickly. That is because there is very little variety in vegetables. Also, much of the meat is ground which I try to avoid. I would also like to see more seafood variety. I have tried other companies that do better with variety but they then tend to have more difficult cooking methods. I got a really good discount to reactivate my account but was disappointed to see the same food options as choices from last year. I will check back in the future and hope for better. It would also be good to have a low carb option that is not high fat. Lunch size portions would also be good as I had to split most of my meals into two.

Most of the meals are really good and portion are enough. I had a few misses but there are plenty of choices so I wont' have to repeat. Packaging is easy to open which is great. Better to follow the chef instructions on reheating. Most are not as good in the microwave. This is better than other services I have tried. You do have to read the nutrition labels to make sure you select what is right for your diet.

Thomas C. helped me order difficult to find parts after we had no success with the manufacture. He made sure to get all the details so we ordered the right thing. Parts fit better than the originals. Thanks Thomas!
