I have been a customer of whittards for over a year and I have been very impressed with their customer service. Today , a customer service agent named Sarann was able to explain about a situation that I was dealing with very well. She was even willing to offer to have my order redelivered by DPD because it has been resent to Whittards.

Delivery was speedy when I ordered a pair of wellingtons and a pair of hiking shoes. Only thing I would like to do is make a visit to the store.

Click and collect delivery was reasonably quick for my waterproof trainers, Elverys could offer next day delivery like lifestyle sports do, as I needed waterproof trainers if there was any heavy downpour of rain. I am however very happy with the trainers I have ordered, very comfortable and sturdy.

I got an air coach bus from Upper Queen Street in Belfast city centre to Dublin airport as I was carrying quite a few bags and it was much easier to have them stowed in the luggage door. The driver I had was very nice, he was very punctual leaving Belfast city centre and I managed to catch my Citylink bus to Galway. The one main annoyance I had with booking the bus ticket was changing the time of the bus as it wasn’t very simple to get a bus ticket online compared to Citylink’s or even Bus Éireann’s Expressway ticketing system. I wouldn’t be so keen on using air coach’s bus services again due to difficulty changing the bus ticket.

My parcel was delivered in a very timely manner. The courier took great care of my parcel and wasn’t rough with it. DPD is a great courier company to deal with.

Delivery was super fast which was fantastic(it only took 2 days for my trainers to arrive, the jacket arrived after nearly a week) on the items I ordered. The jacket I ordered is very well made and I’m very happy with it. All in all, would definitely order from this company again.

I wasn’t expecting my click and collect order to be ready within a few hours of me ordering the item.

Service was decent enough, my order came a bit delayed(out of my control), but was placed somewhere dry so the contents wouldn't get wet

The click and collect experience at Harvey Norman was very good. It didn't take long to collect what I needed to collect.

I decided to click and collect some items, as I would normally get them delivered to my house. The click and collect was hassle free from communication and collecting the items. Highly recommend this.
