Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, received a courtesy call a day before delivery. Delivery was on time and efficient and chair ordered was pre made so no need for assembly. Only negative is that the arm rests are leaving black marks on skin/clothes as it wares...but guess that comes with buying used.
