Ingrid and her colleague arrived…

Ingrid and her colleague arrived earlier than the agreed time and did an amazing job on my kitchen including appliances, cabinets,surface tops. My kitchen was very messy and dirty and they left it spotless.

They were professional and pleasant. Would recommend them definitely.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in England.
I booked two PCR covid tests for 266£ as we are due to fly on the night of 4th November.Soon after booking the test ,rang them to confirm the time I will get my results and they said it would be later in the day on the 4th and can't be earlier than that.
I requested them to cancel my tests and issue a refund.Guess what they said "its not our policy to refund any payments" .
I emphasised again that I would not be able to use these tests at all so I need my money back .Spoke to two different people on the phone and they kept refusing the refund.
How can you just keep someone's hard earned money in these difficult times?
I will be taking this matter further to all the relevant regulatory authorities and make sure that get what they deserve.
Please don't book with them people.They just want your money and don't care about the service user,s satisfaction at all.

Dear Faizah,

When you book in and input your first name, last name and e-mail address under that section it states the day that you will receive your results. It then states results are released between 4pm and midnight Monday - Saturday, which is made clear to customers when they book in.

The reason why you will not be issued a refund is because it is the customers responsibility to read all the information that is provided to you before you make the booking. It was made clear that results would be released between 4pm and midnight.
