Hi Michiel, Thanks for the review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. The respective rail operators managing the services only provide the option to select seat preferences and provide the reservations directly as per the availability onboard in order to avoid any confusion with multiple users trying to make a reservation. Hence, they prefer taking the seat preferences and then issuing the seats for the passengers. Thanks again, Nigel.
