Paid 4.99 for delivery which took a week to arrive with absolutely no updates.
I emailed them asking for an update then an hour later the item had been dispatched.

When it arrived it was stuffed into the smallest packaging ever and upon opening it I was unsure if I'd ordered a kids item by accident.

It turns out I hadn't. They had just balled up and stuffed the t-shirt into the packaging. I pulled it out and it was completely creased. It looks second hand and like I'd bought it off the laziest person on eBay.

This company has absolutely no respect for the customer.

Please do not fall for this. I bought one of their koalas to help with a family members anxiety.

When it is turned on it makes a whirring sound that is louder than the "breathing" sounds it makes.

I emailed the company and they replied immediately asking for a video. I sent them a video with the loud whirring sound very audible and they said they would send out a replacement.

I thanked them for a quick a speedy response. From ordering these things take about 3/4 weeks to be delivered with awful tracking but was prepared to wait again.

7 minutes after offering me the replacement the emailed again saying "This is an update. According from our shipping team they are unable to issue a replacement. What we can offer is a 20% refund."

They actually did a U-turn!
They are a shameless company.
After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing over email they have asked me to return the product. See email below
