Surprisingly bad digitizing recently
I have had to do major editing to the last 5 designs I received from cheap digitizing. The letters had major gaps in them. The density was too light. The edge walk underlay was exposed in any curved part of the letter. Registration was off in some of the designs. And one of the designs was just poorly digitized all around. I am not sure what has happened recently, but I used to able to throw your designs straight to the machine and run them after downloading. Now I have to check and edit all of them. I have been very happy with the designs I received up to this point, but if I continue to get the quality of designs I have been, it may be time to find another digitizing company.

It's really sad to see such reviews. But on the bright side it reflect our weakness, and helps us be better. And we do appreciate that you spoke out.
As you have said, that you've been happy with the designs, we are sure there must be a reason somewhere. We will have the management team study and investigate you account for the issue.
