Asked me to send sensitive info to contact email

Impossible to use. The document uploader and identity checker wouldn't work properly - when I had to take a picture of my ID it was just black and I had to guess where to point my camera. They then rejected my ID, and when I contacted support because it wouldn't let me reupload it, they suggested I send a picture of my passport to their contact email. Absolutely ridiculous! Imagine someone asking to send secure information to a customer service email that can be accessed by anyone.

DO NOT USE!
Company is now in administration. Expect to wait months for your products if you get them at all. Phone line is cut off. No reply to emails or messages. Comments turned off on social media.
According to Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 you should be able to claim your money back if you paid by credit card and spent over £100.

Unreliable delivery

I was told my mattress would be delivered today and just got sent an email during my delivery slot that delivery is cancelled! I’d already lugged my old mattress down 3 flights of stairs to be collected and now I have nothing to sleep on except the floor until they rearrange delivery (which I haven’t heard anything about yet) because I can’t get it back up the stairs. The excuse that was given was “issue with today’s route” which sounds like BS to me! Should have been notified of this days ago.
