Slechte klantenservice
De beschrijving bij het artikel klopte niet, waardoor ik het verkeerde artikel kreeg. Het duurde in totaal 2 volle weken voordat er iets mee gedaan werd, waarna het cadeau dus veel te laat was. In plaats van het juiste artikel op te sturen kon ik alleen het huidige artikel retourneren en konden ze mij niet verder helpen. Ze tonen totaal geen behulpzaamheid bij een fout die zij hebben gemaakt.

Vervelend om te horen dat het zo lang duurde voordat je reactie kreeg en dat de geboden oplossing niet voldeed aan je verwachting. We gaan dit intern bespreken, want je had een vervangend artikel moeten krijgen.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They pay the small amounts like €1. However when I finished a large quest of €27 they don't pay out. I got into contact with the customer service and they told me to make a ticket and now it is denied. After that I also made contact with them and they said that I completed the offer too fast?! The offer said to complete it within 10 days so I don't understand why they wouldn't credit if you complete it in 4 days.
