Everything seems to work good with Toluna, my only complaint would be that they delete your points after so many days which is frustrating, other than that it is a good survey rewards site.

My experience purchasing sunglasses was good at Sunglass Hut. They have probably everything you can want with glasses and had good sales promotions and additional discount codes which made purchasing from them even better. delivery was quick and perfect.

Update email from Toluna today 1/14/2025 they basically take no accountability for what they do wrong. Still claim they show points expiring which is a lie. Nowhere on their emails that they send does it show anything about points expiring which is all I see from them. You can click on the survey links and take a survey. Just beware using this site for now on as they are not very trustworthy. Well my account just had over 40,000 points removed from it. I finally received a reply back after about a week and don’t believe it but it said they remove points after a certain period of time and that it says this on the top of the emails. I have looked at all my emails from Toluna and nowhere on the. Does it mention anything about the points expiring and show and timeframe for it. They need to correct my account as this is wrong

Able to order from a wide selection of gift cards and earn a percentage back on them when I do which is an added bonus.

Easy to use site to purchase a wide selection of giftcards and receive them instantly normally plus receive small rewards back which is nice to get.

This is an interesting survey site mainly on topic of government which is interesting to see and get paid on, although it does take a while to accumulate enough rewards to redeem

I recently had an issue with points not being added for completion of a survey and after awhile of updating, signing out and back into my account, sent a request to online help and was answered back and updated right away. The points were added back later that same day and they verified that everything was correct, very nice to get answers quickly. thanks!

It is easy to select from a multitude of good rewards and receive it in a fairly quick timeframe.
