This business state returns are easy, this could not be further from the truth

My wife purchased two identical outfits, one small, one medium. She sat between these on the size guide.

Only tried on the medium and it fitted perfectly, she then attempted to return the items, the top was flat refused, apparently it is there policy, they don't point this out at all. However they would except the trousers back, they where £79..... the refund offered £29.90 due to handling fees! They even have the audacity to suggest maybe you can sell it or gift it to someone

Avoid at all costs, the most arrogant business we have ever dealt with

Oddballs are what all companies should aspire to be. They have grown out of supporting a great cause, their customer service is first class and their products are amazing quality with unique designs. They couldn't be better
