Absolutely the worst communications co. I've dealt with. Been a customer for 14 years; they will not resolve a problem with service that does not work.

I'd recommend to stay away from this site. Terrible service, unable to connect with customer service (had to email "media" to get any kind of response); the property owner not responding; had a payment scheduled for 9/12, but got an email on 8/28 that I had to pay instantly, lest the reservation would be cancelled. Wasted a ton of time trying to address various issues. Absolutely horrible and useless. NEVER AGAIN!

The website does not make clear what currency the rates are quoted in. Very confusing. Also, the exchange rate used is not favourable to customers. Upon complaining, they were willing to investigate the matter. Too much trouble, though...
