Alex was great! From the start all communication was clear, Alex did what he said he was going to and I did not need to chase for anything. I've already recommended to several friends.

Delivery was delayed, had to ring customer service several times for updates. Asked for a refund and was told Head office would need to approve and then delivery was made so had to wait for it to be collected before refund could be made.
