Erin was very helpful and did everything she could to help. I was trying to book two cabins. Got there in the end. Fingers crossed the cruise is just as good as Erin!

The meet and greet team were lovely

The meet and greet team were lovely. Quick and easy queuing to exchange our QR code for actual tickets. The show itself was brilliant. Great to see what goes on behind the scenes. Thank you

No dates available!!!

I bought 4x 1 day Merlin passes, intending to use them to go to Legoland with my family. As soon as I paid, I followed the instructions to choose a date and book but it says 'No Availability'!! for any date! It should really state that before purchasing there would be restrictions to dates and that none are currently available. Not happy :o(

I'm still Buzzing

We had an amazing time from start to finish.
We were greeted with a smile by very cheery staff who scanned our QR code when we collected our tickets. We arrived for the show the staff were happy and chatty.
The show itself was such a fabulous experience. Michael was very entertaining with brilliant guests. I can't wait to see it all over again when the show airs.
I'm going to recommend Applause Store to all my friends
