FLIGHT DELAYED...MISSED CONNECTING TRAIN...NO ASSISTANCE FROM LUFTHANSA

FLIGHT WAS DELAYED BETWEEN NICE & FRANKFURT FOR OVER AN HOUR...WHEN WE CALLED THE CALL CENTER TO TELL THEM WE ARE GOING TO MISS OUR DEUTSCHBHAN TRAIN CONNECTION THEY ADVISED US NOT TO WORRY THAT WE COULD GO TO THE LUFTHANSA COUNTER IN FRANKFURT WHEN WE LAND & THEY WOULD SORT IT OUT...WE LAND IN FRANKFURT, GET TO THE COUNTER & THEY TELL US OUR TRIP IS OVER & THAT THEY REFUSE TO HELP US & THAT ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM THAT THERE DELAYED FLIGHT CAUSED OUR MISSING OUR CONNECTING DEUTSCHBHAN TRAIN...WE WERE SHATTERED FIRSTLY BY THE DELAY, THEN BY THE LUFTHANSA CALL CENTRE LYING TO US TO GET RID OF US KNOWING THAT THE CONTRACT WOULD BE OVER ONCE WE LANDED... AS WELL AS THE UNCARING LUFTHANSA COUNTER IN FRANKFURT THAT TOLD US TO GET LOST...THEY JUST DO'NT CARE WITH MOST OF THERE FLIGHTS DELAYED THEN NOT WILLING TO AT LEAST ASSIST US WHEN THEY CAUSE DELAYS TO MISS OUR CONNECTING FLIGHTS & OTHER TRANSPORT...

Absolute waste of time...they have no idea of the records of vehicles...

I paid the fee & what they send me is incorrect firstly then when I corrected them they just list the details of a generic car which anyone knows already ie porche or VW golf or ford mustang etc...

No details of any history nothing...no service history no owners history nothing...

Do not waste your time & money

Cancelled my accounts with FNB...use to be a great bank but over the last few years have been very devious with there customers...The only reason private banking did'nt increase there fees this year is because there is no longer business lounge access, no point to point transfers & many other perks that other banks offer that FNB no longer offers...The modus operandi is give lots of perks the one year to lure customers in, once customers are locked in, then the following year every year in June...they take away most of the perks or make it extremely expensive to keep the perks. There ebucks rewards is a sham...100 ebucks is R10 which you cannot spend as cash...to earn 100 ebucks points you have to jump through many loops...unlike say absa which is actually money you earn...Each private banker has almost 200 to 500 clients he has to service so the poor guys do'nt have the time to attend to your query's as FNB promises. Customer care is non existant as you will wait days for responeses...🤬
