Ordered the laptop on 31/08/2025

Ordered the laptop on 31/08/2025. Today is 19/09/2025. Still not delivered, should have been delivered on the 03/09. The company does not apologise, does not help. The only offer from support after 2 weeks, do you want to cancel the order. Raised support case. No response, though they should have responded after 48 hours. Nothing. Tried to contact them on chat again, they now does not assign anybody to me as soon as I put my email. It just says, all consultants are busy. May be they blacklisted my email in their system.

The Customer Service lied to us about…

The Customer Service lied to us about installation. We were told that they install washing machine, when they came in they refused to install it. They refused to recycle old washing machine which was disconnected. They lied and lied to us. Complete incompetence.

Dear Leonid,

You did not opt or pay for installation on your order; you opted for Standard Delivery and Recycle only. If you were to refer to your order confirmation email this will be clarified. The reason your existing integrated appliance was not taken away for recycling was because it was still in situ in when the couriers arrived. Per our website, and the call we made to you prior to dispatch, this needed to be disconnected and completely removed from the housing unit before the courier arrived on site. As it wasn't, they were unable to complete this service for you. We have since refunded you the cost you paid for the recycle service.
