Didn’t ask me for enough information and I was the one asking saying you haven’t ask for any details, now I’ve got to waste my time ringing back to check if I’ve got the right cover

Couldnt hava a smart meter, just changed my existing meter, i was not shown how to use it also, the meter dosen't seem to be taking any readings, gas and electic meter showing nothing after 3 days
