Made an order was accepted then next day was cancelled.

Hi There,
As you haven’t left a name with your review we are unsure of who we are dealing with and unsure why you would not use your name.
We have looked back at our orders and we had sent a follow up email before the order was cancelled to explain why it was cancelled and to try and resolve any issues.
We have been having some technical issue with stock showing available when it is sold out hence why we sent an email to yourself but got no response back.
We feel this review is unnecessary as we had tried to contact you to apologise and resolve the issue.
Some times things are out of our control which we cannot help which do no reflect the service we try to offer our customers!
