The shop I was supposed to collect from is closed due to flooding, and I had no information on my collection (which is still hopefully waiting for me)

This is a great product. We bought it as a gift, the communication was excellent (I made a mistake in the order, and it was kindly and promptly fixed), the product is gorgeous and the recipient was extremely happy

The claim process was easy, I was kept informed all the way through it and John, the technician, did a great job. Very happy customer!

Noa and Nani has been a great find! I was looking for a chest of drawers and they all looked so boring.. Then I came across the site and the Otto Collection sealed the deal for me. It came quickly, it's been great to assemble (numbered pieces... genius) and it looks fabulous! Highly recommended, definitely a 5 stars!
