This is the wrost spamming company I have ever seen, When the times of COVID-19 people should be helping others to get safely to the other countries. FlightNetwork take advantage of such situations by making you pay for any changes that occurs due to COVID-19 from AIrlines 30EUR/USD. I had clear free changes/refund policy from the Turkish Airlines and they have changed the flight couple of times. FlightNetwork insisted to make me pay 30USD for what they call ASSITANCE fee. It is a scam and fraud company stay away from them and better book directly with the airline even if it is slightly higher.
