i opted for installation ,(it was a free option ) never happened . why would i not choose this option . i did . you said i never . you never had my full address on the delivery notice , you never had my correct phone number just incase there was a delivery problem . i told you all about this but you fobbed me off .im praying that i have no problems with this washing machine because i will probably have problems getting it resolved . DO BETTER

this company is superb , customer service is second to none , no issues whatsoever , we had a small problem with a simcard reader on the tesla screen in wifes car , no problem , bring it in said rob , 30 minutes later job done , no charge . what can i say , if you go elsewhere you miss out on on quality customer service which is what everyone is craving . icebox auto in Bromborough , top company top service , thanks to rob and the auto spark that SORTED ME OUT . having been stung once before by goldcar hire company in gran canaria , i will not hire from any of these thieves any more , as visitors to spain and other countries these companies do not paint a good picture nor do they give you any reason not to trust them , they invent damage on a car when you return it , they invent policies to weary travellers and they also invent policies to extract more money than you were quoted and this is why i will not rent a car again from any of these companies that rip off tourists , THE WORST COMPANY EVER IS GOLDCAR , LETS ALL BOYCOTT THE RIP OFF COMPANIES AND BANKRUPT THEM , DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY GIVING THESE CROOKS AN EASY RIDE AND EXTRA MONEY . THEY DISPLAY CHEAP RATES TO LURE YOU IN . .READ THE REVIEWS ONLINE BEFORE BOOKING . READ ALL SMALL PRINT REGARDING CREDIT CARD ,LICENSE , BOARDING PASS ETC ETC . THEY WANT TO ROB YOU . do not use MRTRANSFER (mister transfer ) in Tenerife , this company failed to pick me up at the airport on my arrival ,i spent 40 minutes walking around the airport looking for my driver , i wasn't even on the noticeboard , i was sent To 2 different locations to find him , he wasn't there obviously , they don't care so be warned .and also never acknowledged my request to cancel my return trip to the airport . they basically ignored me on WhatsApp . BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY , I HAVE ALL THE DETAILS LOGGED BUT THEY REFUSED A REFUND OF THE RETURN JOURNEY .

you have been warned. we were promised a late checkout because the villa we were staying at was not booked up when we were due to leave but that changed so we had to check out at 10am but our flight was not until 18.15 , so i tried to contact them via email and WhatsApp , the email address kept bouncing back so i used WhatsApp and sent my request to modify or cancel the booking , they basically blanked me when i mentioned CANCEL . we had a 10 month old baby in our group , the treatment from this company has been disgraceful to the point that I'm writing this review to warn others . i have sent them copies of my attempts to contact them ,(i have the call logs )i have sent them a copy of the receipt from the new taxi i had to pay for to get to the airport . they do not care so be warned if you want to maximise your holiday time then DO NOT BOOK MISTER TRANSFER OR MRTRANSFER (same company ) shambolic treatment . i will be happy for anyone to see the evidence to prove everything ive just said ,i told ther company that i have no option but to review if they do not refund my return journey to the airport .this is how much they don't care so hopefully it wont happen to you if you book else where.to this point they have refused a refund .
To be honest i didn't want to even leave a 1 star rating as they don't deserve that !!
edit ,I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE RETURN JOURNEY TO THE AIRPORT THAT I HAD TO USE TO GET TO THE AIRPORT .I STILL WILL NOT RECCOMMEND DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME TAKEN TO AGREE THAT MY REFUND WAS VALID AND THEY WERE NEVER EVEN WAITING FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT .SHAMBLES
