After a long period away from skiing, I loved how easy it was to cater this holiday to our needs, adjust flights etc. The holiday / booking info provided by Heidi was really efficient and very easy to access and check on, the transfer company used was great and the hotel was friendly with a great range of food. Really liked the Heidi search engine / booking process too, so definitely will be back again/ recommend!

So much more comfortable than disposables- will definitely be buying more, if not online then via the refill shop in Chelmsford to save on packaging.
