I've used photowall wall many times. The quality of the wallpaper is fabulous and their service and aftercare service is excellent. This time I used my own photograph and wow, it is amazing! I mistakenly contacted them with a problem before the paste had dried out but they were very understanding about it and had I waited there wouldn't have been a problem. I would 100% recommend them.

Excellent service, very prompt delivery and the clothing is always beautifully packaged and of good quality.

Getting through took forever and the call back, by pressing one didn't work, however, once through, my telephone agent,Katrina, was incredibly efficient and got my tickets upgraded, date changed with an additional ticket added in, in no time at all. It's a shame I couldn't achieve this myself online but at least I tried. Knowing where you stand in the phone queue would also be a great help.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Communication is the key and from ordering to delivery, I was kept informed all the way.

My burnt orange love seat, sits beautifully in my summerhouse. The colour is amazing and it is very comfortable to sit on and sew on. It was an amazing birthday present and I love it.

A telephone call 45 minutes before delivery was really helpful. The package was delivered to its final destination by two very polite men.

I purchased 3 charms online, which were all delivered in one box. This is very unfortunate, as each charm is a separate gift for different individuals. Had I purchased them from the Pandora store, as I have done previously, they would have had a box each, a Pandora gift bag with tissue paper. I'm very disappointed!

On the plus side, the charms are beautiful.

Great product, responsibly sourced (rucksack ) and the beer is apparently good too. Bought as a gift, so I've not personally tried it but the feedback was very positive.

The product is beautiful, 6 seater, round table with lazy Susan and the ordering and delivery, with unpacking service was efficient too. However, upon ordering, I wasn't told that I would need a parasol in order for the lazy Susan to work. Without a parasol, which I don't have, there's no way to keep the two sheets of glass from coming apart. This is a huge design fault in my opinion. Couldn't the company have designed an aluminum center piece, which could be used when a parasol isn't needed? It's such a shame because I'll now have to buy one before I can see how my table works and I wouldn't necessarily even use a parasol when I use the table.

The original fitting of my kitchen, unfortunately, was not of a good standard but not all problems related to prmf, some were the fault of other tradesmen on our new build. However, the prmf fitters did not make a good job, until it came to the repairs. Martin, from prmf, came to do all our repairs and replacements and if they'd sent him to fit the original kitchen, what a different story it would be. He was super efficient, personable, gave excellent attention to detail and now our kitchen looks like it should have looked in the first place. The whole prmf process needs an overhaul, because currently, prmf, must be losing a lot of money caused by fitters badly fitting kitchens. Our new build handover was shameful, with our developers trying to fob us off with shoddy workmanship, when all it would have taken was someone like Martin, doing an inspection and signing it off, which I'm sure he would never have done in the state it was in. Thank goodness some people still take pride in their work. Thank you Martin.

My beautiful black on red door plate, with my house number and road name arrived and looks fabulous in situ. I've received two comments from neighbours already who think it looks fab too. Also, my stand alone house number, looks amazing. Both were fitted onto uneven facing bricks with excellent results. The quality of the resin plate is great, perfectly protected in transit until I peeled it back before fitting. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Both vinyl wall stickers were perfect and look amazing. Having read other reviews, I would say that providing the walls are clean there is absolutely no reason why these stickers won't stick as they are amazing quality.
