I had a simple flat tire and took the car to terminalen Aarhus risskov. 5-6 hours later they called me and said the puncture is on the side of the tire and it's not fixable so it needs to be changed.I agreed and it took them 2-3 days (I got a car from them meanwhile).

After totally 5 days I went there, got the car and quickly went to work. They sent me the bill and it was 2000DKK (tire was 900 to 1100DKK when I looked it up on google and it says in the bill that they got 25% discount! and they don't pay moms as well).

Later that day I noticed the tire is not new and it's my own and I took a closer look and noticed it has been fixed and puncture was not on the side.

The day after I went there and told them about the issue and instead of saying "sorry it was a mistake" she is telling me "so what can we do now ? we can change it with the new tire!" with some kind of disrespectful attitude.

At the end they changed the bill to zero.

Hello, and thanks for your service. I was booking a flight with Qatar airways. in the Qatar airways website I can different packages of the same flight for example with different package weight and prices. but I could not do that in Travellink.
