Glad that you received a good service, the F-Reg kit you purchased comes complete with a UKAS calibration certificate which has to be completed to order to ensure that you don't loose out on the yearly validity. 🗓️📈

Purchase of second bike rack

The product is excellent, simple design, and no-nonsense. Build quality way ahead of most mainstream bike rack manufacturers. Customer support was very good when trying to establish purchase of bike / axle specific elements. Do not see myself ever having to buy another rack.

Delivery Date Critical But Ignored

Delivery by my supplier was initially for Friday. Got an email confirmation and then re-scheduled the delivery for Tuesday 4th. Got an email confirmation from you for Tuesday was good. You delivered on Monday which was a day which I deliberately needed to avoid. You left a very expensive and critical piece of kit at my back door. Really not good.

Goods of high quality, postage ridiculous

Goods of high quality, web site good, order process good.
Cost of shipping - exhorbitant.
Goods cost around nine pounds, total cost including shipping nearly thirty pounds, one small rubber coupling not much bigger than a coffee cup.
It may indeed be the suppliers charging high postage rates but this is hard to justify.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the shipping charges, as you have advised the supplier decides the shipping cost on many orders as the goods come directly from them and this covers the costs of booking this all in for our customers.
