Was lucky enough to had Miya help me through the process of my return and checking in for updates. Definitely was a smooth sailing!

The people is really helpful and quick to response. I just ordered a batch of LemonBottle Fat dissolver but will be ordering soon for another batch along with the Skin Booster. Shipment was quick I got it within 3 days, opt in for signature on delivery to protect your packaged!

Ordered August 24 and still not package delivered USPS Tracking number provided still “Pre-Shipment” and it’s September 28.
I checked the other Tracking number DHL “no results”.
Contacted them for a refund and this is what they sent me.
“We process and ship the orders on our end and make sure they are shipped ASAP! Once they are packed and left our facility for delivery, we rely on our 3rd party couriers for the delivery and update. Regretfully, we do not have any control over any delays during this phase.

Upon checking, your package is stuck or lost while in transit. See the link below for reference.

We'll be happy to reship your order as an exemption. May we have an alternative address that we can ship to? We’d like to avoid any shipping issues like the previous one.”
I call it total BS at this point! They won’t issue a refund even though I asked them 2 weeks ago and still avoiding to issue a refund.
Please don’t order anything on their website and just get something else on trusted site or local store without the hassle. “You pay for what you get” i paid for something a lurker bit cheaper and in the end I got nothing in return!
