Lots of nice words

Lots of nice words, but the score is 0.00,
At the very beginning they asked me to rate them with 5 stars.
It was weird to me, but I thought I’d do it after the realization.
They also gave me a discount for ease of use.
And of course they didn't solve it.
I have a high school education, I don't have a university degree, but I solved the case myself.
It's nice to listen to them and read their emails,
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM !!

This is what a Politician can only write, a Politician can always make a lost situation positive.
No it's certainly not your result, because you advised me not to ask for a refund from one company because I can't get a refund for sure. but I also got a refund from that company. VISIBLE IN THE DOCUMENTS FROM WHICH COMPANY YOU HAD TO RETURN MONEY.

You can see all the information with your employees. I think I contacted 5-6. for any information you have my mail.
in this situation the most correct would be to return my money to me.
