Signed up in May and found one in…

Signed up in May and found one in October but since May there has been no update or shifts offered. We put no limits on search so something is t working there as others have offered places available. Also they send stock reply’s and divert you to Apoke pay for refunds - which doesn’t work…so buyer beware. I cannot recommend at all sadly.

STILL STUCK…Currently stuck in Egypt - lastminute not paid for accommodation we booked through them

Currently stuck in Egypt - we booked back in Feb. They took full payment - we’ve just gone to check in and they’ve made a reservation (through Booking.com) but not paid anything so we’ve had to pay to stay tonight. Emailed and tried to call Lastminute.com. No reply! Stranded dies not feel good! Booking ref 1935005328. Even flight they couldn’t produce boarding cards due to a ‘technical issue’. The whole thing is just stressful. So I’d avoid at all costs. Book direct!


Half way into holiday now. Lastminute sent VCC….which was INVALID! Awkward now with hotel, who have been so patient and sympathetic. No word at all from Lastminute. Absolutely appalling.

I would leave no stars if possible

I would leave no stars if possible. They totally messed up hotel and flight booking. We have less than 24 hours and no boarding passes, no confirmation of what type of a condition we are staying in - despite booking early Feb. Hours spent trying to sort - each time told its being escalated. Then just last minute emails saying can’t help or technical issue. Do not book through them, it’s actually cheaper and more reliable to do directly yourself.

Problems with lead times/ honesty and refunds

Problems with lead times, poor communication. This is the second time I’ve tried Loaf and experienced the same issue. Last time I ordered a bed after months of waiting and two delivery dates it didn’t arrive, despite taking the money. They’d give me a delivery date but then excuses about delays in headboard fabric, then distribution. I’ve just ordered another 2 beds and experiencing the same with one of them. I’ve cancelled the delayed part - but still not refund. I will not be inclined to give a third chance and could not recommend. Poor .
