not sure were all this reviews are…

not sure were all this reviews are coming from probably fake reviews generated by people that work for the company, but the training provided has only covers 20% of the exam questions, failed it in may and have asked for a refund but nobody has come back to me, and thats why am leaving this review on here, here is the exam i bought and on the below is my review waiting to be approved which i know they are not going to approve as its a bad review exam please dont buy, just a waste of money.

While many reported that they have passed the exam in first attempt, it is simply unfortunate that you got less number of questions from our practice tests in your exam.

please avoid at all cost

please avoid at all cost, you know a company is fraudulent when a a customer service advisor refuses to give you his or her name, anyway, my dad is over 80years he books a flight since last year feb, the return flight got cancelled, and a refund was paid from KLM to opodo since last year september, they where denying they did not have the refund until i check and sent them prove that the refund was paid back to opodo from KLM, but they still refused to pay his money back i have spoken to 4 different customer service advisors and have been giving multiple dates, it just sad really my, dad is over 80 doesn't work and stuck at home on this pandemic and constantly stressing about his money, now i have to go break the bad news to him that he might not be getting his money back...... just sad

avoid at all cost

signed up online, they gave me a very competitive quote very, "great stuff!!!!! NOT" once i called to sign up and actually signed, they sent an email a week later that my price has gone to my current supplier i was shocked and i have not even switched yet. so i called to cancel they told me i have passed the cooling off period and i cant cancel "even though i have not provided meter reading and they have not started taking direct debits", this has happened before and i explained to the lady ii spoke but she assured me there price never goes and if it does it only goes up by a few pounds "i was thing 10£ at the most", the price went over 20£ compare to the quote i was given, all i want to do is cancel and stay with my current provided. my advise to anybody reading this is dont ignore the bad reviews the good review can be made up but company employer cause it benefit the company but the bad reviews cant be made up as it makes them look bad, "i did ignore the bad review bad move on my side"

I am so sorry to hear you have had such a negative experience whilst switching to Igloo. I understand that our communication to inform you of our price increase during your switch would have been disappointing and caused you considerable frustration.

As we only have our single variable rate tariff our prices are subject to change inline with the wholesale price of energy. We had been able to pass on fantastic savings to our customers earlier in the year due to this. There is never an ideal time to increase our prices and I want to reassure you that the decision was not taken lightly.

Even with our increase, we are still 14% below the Ofgem price cap and will continue to pass on savings to our customers if the wholesale price of energy drops again.

It is an Industry Standard for a switch to take 21 days and this must continue to go through once the "Cooling Off Window" has passed. We fully understand and accept if our price increase announcement has given you cause to consider switching away from Igloo. The timing of this announcement has clearly impacted you negatively and we are very sorry for this.

None of our customers are tied into contracts and there are no exit fees. We want our customers to have the flexibility to switch suppliers freely and make sure they are getting the best deal for them. We would hope that the benefits of having an Igloo account, such as our 3% interest on credit balances up to £1000, our Refer a Friend reward scheme and smart solutions, would give you enough of a reason to stay.

We are more than our tariff and accept that not everyone would benefit from a variable rate.
