Uncomplicated resolution to forgotten subscription

I had recently replaced my computer and had not installed the software on my new device. When I saw the charge for the subscription I was confused. I also had no idea how I would move the subscription. Thankfully, getting a refund was not complicated and very much appreciate it.

The whole experience went a lot better…

The whole experience went a lot better than I had expected it to. My credit has been struggling and I was very nervous about taking on a new debt responsibility, even if it was going to consolidate all my smaller ones. I am very grateful to have your assistance while I try to get myself into a stronger credit standing.
