Do not buy from this site. There sizes are completely inaccurateI I wear a size 42. The website suggested I use my Converse shoes for their size. I have a number of size 42 from Converse. When the shoe arrived it was so small I couldn’t get my foot in and the US, UK and Japanese sizes that they showed on the shoe were a full size smaller than what is shown on the Converse shoes.

I received the shoes in Lisbon. I waited an entire day for the shoes to be delivered. I was told that if I wanted to return them they would collect them but would not give me a window for collection. Otherwise I would have to pay for the return. It cost me €14 to return.

The customer service was non-existent. A website to avoid

This is a scam don’t use them. They have a very convincing website. We placed an order and immediately received an email that the products would be despatched within 1-4 days. We heard nothing for about ten days. We tried calling during their office hours 11-15. There was no answer and no response to either voice messages or emails. Eventually they sent us a tracking number with Royal Mail. Every time we checked the tracking number the result was that the number didn’t exist. We eventually called Royal Mail and the tracking numbers were fraudulent. DO NOT USE THEM

Airlinen solves all my problems with my Airbnb properties. Clean linen and towels are a nightmare to manage. Airlinen delivers a great product, on time and at a great price. I highly recommend them.
