I am very unhappy with my experience
I am very unhappy with my experience. Beware of their policy, none cancellation of an order & no amendment to an order. The order is being delivered to a wrong address & apparently there’s nothing they can do about that even though it hasnt been even dispatched. Money gone down the toilet as ill never receive the item, for sure i will be disputing the payment since this was also taken without my consent or authorisation. I used to be a regular customer but i will no longer buy from monsoon & i will also tell all my contacts not to buy from them. Customer service were not helpful at all & in fact very stubborn even though the error was a technical fault in their own system.

Hello, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. We can see that you have advised that you selected the wrong address at checkout and we do ask that customer check all delivery information prior to completing their order as we do not have a system which allows us to amend or cancel an order once placed. Really easy website to navigate, i have purchased from them many times & they’re flavours are really nice, my favourite “dark fruits” :) . Another plus about this website is the more you buy, you earn points each time which build up & you get a discount. Also the delivery is really fast (usually my order comes no later than 2 days).
