Shipping is prompt. Purchase costs are minimal. Also, the bonus points toward purchase that are given. Thank you! I rarely find it difficult for a book to be located through them.

I've always had good customer service relations with ThriftBooks for a number of years. Service has always been prompt and professional. They are my number one go to for books. For the first time, there was a mail/delivery issue. i would just suggest that more care is given to packing and labeling packages to make sure they are sent to the correct parties. This issue was promptly corrected. ThriftBooks has upheld and met their standards of business.
